Telephone Advice
If you need to contact the doctor for advice or if he has asked you to telephone, the most convenient time is normally 11.45–12 noon, after morning surgery. You may be asked to leave your contact details and a doctor will phone you back. If it is an urgent problem make it clear to the staff.
