Consultations are made by appointment only.

Routine appointments can be made one week in advance by telephoning 0844 811 0909 or by calling into the surgery. Patients are free to consult any doctor in the practice.

You can check appointment availability and make appointments online here (opens new secure window)

Register to use our secure browser online system, you will then receive a user name and password. Email jackie.tuszynski@gp-p81096.nhs.uk for details.

Emergency appointments are available each day but requests should be made as early as possible – it may not be possible to see a doctor of your choice for emergency appointments.

These arrangements apply only to appointments with the doctors.

Home Visits
These are for people who are physically unable to attend the surgery. Several patients can be seen in the surgery in the time it takes to make a home visit. Requests for home visits should be made before 10.30 am and may be screened by the doctor on call.

Telephone Advice
If you need to contact the doctor for advice or if he has asked you to telephone, the most convenient time is normally 11.45–12 noon, after morning surgery.
