If you have cause to complain please ask the receptionist for a copy of the procedure, along with a complaint form, or if you prefer, put your complaint in writing addressed to:

We will aim to contact you within five working days. Every complaint will be fully investigated.
We aim to give you the highest possible standard of service and will try to deal promptly with any problems that may occur. Leaflets are easily available on the reception desk in the waiting room.
