Repeat Prescriptions

pillsPlease give 48 hours notice for repeat prescriptions.  Prescriptions requested before 12.00 noon will normally be ready for collection after 3.00 pm two working days later.  Please allow 48 hours for non-repeat items. 

Prescriptions can be requested by telephone from 10.00 am until 12.00 noon on 0844 811 0909 or by bringing the right hand side of computer generated prescription into the surgery and placing it in the box provided, or by the online form below. 

Patients who require their prescriptions to be posted should supply the surgery with a stamped self-addressed envelope.
